The office of Dr. Lindi Henell accepts all PPO insurance plans. Dr. Henell is an in-network provider with Delta Dental and is a Premier Provider.
Delta Dental plans with Premier provider coverage will be honored to their fullest coverage. All other plans are subjected to having a copay which will be the patient's responsibility. Please check your plan's coverage/limitations/restrictions before your treatment at our office. We hold our patients responsible for any costs their insurance plans do not cover.
Some companies we work with are Delta Dental, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Beam Dental, Cigna, Guardian, MetLife, United HealthCare. Please note if you are a patient with a PPO plan with any of the above listed insurance companies, you will be responsible for the copay on your visit. Please check all Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) before checking in with our office on the status of your claim.
